Maid services have a long history of taking advantage of maids with pay that's just too low, no benefits, and no respect. Many only use migrant workers they can exploit and dispose of when they've run them ragged. We have a different approach.

We carefully select and background check our personal maids, then pay the right ones a wage far above the industry average. Our company is growing and we are adding benefits as quickly as we can, with the goal of creating the best benefits package in the maid industry.

We're modeling our company after another successful home service company that has already achieved the goals we're in the process of reaching, and the early employees of EasyMaids will be tomorrow's industry leaders through our growing company.

Welcome to your new career
Applicants are not required to have maid experience but must be punctual, know how to use a smart phone, have a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and the physical ability to perform active work that includes lifting and moving up to 30 lbs multiple times per day.

Maids need to own a reliable vehicle. Due to the nature of our work inside the homes of our clients, maids must also be able to pass a background check.
